Return Policy

These return terms and conditions govern the return of goods purchased from the A-Alento online store. The user has the right to request a return in cases provided for by current legislation and these rules.


Reasons for returning goods

The buyer can return the goods in the following cases:

  • the goods were damaged during transportation
  • a manufacturing defect was discovered
  • the product does not match the order
  • the product did not meet the specifications (if permitted by law)
  • refusal of goods upon receipt

Return of defective goods

Damage during delivery

If the product was damaged during transportation, you must:

  • record damage upon receipt (if possible)
  • take a photo of the product and packaging
  • submit a refund request

In this case:

  • returns are at the seller's expense
  • exchange of goods or refund of money is possible

Manufacturing defect

If a defect is detected:

  • An application is submitted through your personal account
  • the goods are subject to inspection

Based on the inspection results:

  • a refund is being made
  • or replacement of the product with a similar one

Return of goods of proper quality

The buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality if:

  • the marketable appearance has been preserved
  • consumer properties are preserved
  • the product has not been used
  • the original packaging is preserved

Return period

  • within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (unless otherwise provided by law)

Refusal of goods upon receipt

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods upon receipt.

In this case:

  • the goods are returned to the seller
  • funds are credited to the user's personal account
  • delivery costs are deducted from the amount

Return procedure

To process a return, you must:

  1. Go to your personal account
  2. Select the appropriate order
  3. Create a return request
  4. Wait for your request to be processed

Refund

Refunds are made:

  • to the user's personal account

Return terms:

  • up to 10 business days after confirmation of return

Return Features

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is defective)
  • In case of return due to the seller's fault, expenses will be reimbursed

Refund restrictions

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

  • the product was in use
  • the package is broken
  • packaging is missing (if it is part of the product)
  • the product is included in the list of non-returnable goods
